Meet the Team

Libby Searle - Head Trainer

"As an award-winning personal trainer and certified pre- and postnatal coach, I specialise in helping busy women and beginners build strength, confidence, and consistency , without restriction, extremes, or losing themselves in the process"
After 14 years in the fitness industry, I know what it’s like to feel lost in gyms, trapped in all-or-nothing cycles, and frustrated by diets that never stick.

I struggled with losing and regaining the same 30kg over and over again. At first, I’d go “on the wagon,” severely restricting my food and following extreme exercise regimes, and the weight would drop fast. But it never lasted, the restriction always led to secret binges, avoiding the gym out of shame, and eventually regaining all the weight… plus a little extra.

On top of this, I faced chronic health challenges, including Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, and Hip Dysplasia, which made exercise and consistency even harder. I also had a late diagnosis of Inattentive ADHD, which explained why I’d struggled with focus, planning, and following through,  both in life and in my health journey.
Through it all, I discovered what truly works: sustainable habits, tailored coaching, and a mindset that prioritises confidence, consistency, and self-compassion over perfection.

My mission is simple: to help you fall in love with training, feel confident in your body, and finally break free from yo-yo dieting/ training habits. I combine expert training guidance, practical nutrition coaching, and real accountability so my clients feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

Whether in-person at my Parklands studio or online through the Reliberate App, I meet you where you’re at, to make fitness and nutrition work for your life, not the other way around.

No fad diets, extreme workouts, or toxic food rules.
