“As an award-winning personal trainer and adult educator, I specialise in helping busy women and beginners develop sustainable exercise and nutrition habits. My goal is to help you discover your body confidence, enjoy training in the gym, and break free from yo-yo dieting for good”
With 14 years in the fitness industry, I am a Certified PT, Pre and Post Natal trainer, and hold a certificate in Adult Teaching and Tertiary Education.
My extensive qualifications, experience with women, and personal fitness journey set my training style apart.
I have faced obesity, anorexia, binge eating disorders, and chronic health issues like Hip Dysplasia, Endometriosis, and Adenomyosis. My journey has been anything but linear, marked by numerous restarts and feelings of failure.

It wasn't until my pregnancy in 2017 that I discovered balance. I realised the problem wasn't my mindset, but the unsustainable exercise and nutrition habits ingrained by diet culture. This breakthrough led me to develop a simple yet effective strategy to help my clients achieve balance and success.
I am here to educate you on getting strong, improving your mental health, and losing fat without fad diets, toxic food rules, or extreme exercise regimes. By prioritising sustainable habits, you'll achieve and maintain long-term results.

With two years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a Certified Personal Trainer passionate about supporting women on their fitness journeys. My personal experiences as a mother and my own fitness journey have shaped my unique training style. I am kind yet firm in my approach, offering supportive guidance while motivating you to reach your full potential.

With a strong foundation in strength training, holistic wellness, and mindset support, I coach women to reconnect with their bodies, overcome all-or-nothing thinking, and create real, lasting change.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer currently completing further study, with a special focus on sustainable transformation through movement, nourishment, and nervous system regulation.
Growing up as a tall, strong country girl, I always felt bigger than others, and through years of exposure to diet culture and extremes, I learned to believe that being bigger was something to fix.
This mindset, combined with trauma and neurodivergence, led me into a lifestyle of binge cycles, disconnection, and burnout.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer currently completing further study, with a special focus on sustainable transformation through movement, nourishment, and nervous system regulation.
