Weekly Nutrition Coaching
Simple, sustainable nutrition support to support fat loss without restriction. We focus on breaking binge cycles and building habits you can maintain long-term

Weekly Check-Ins & Progress Feedback

Ongoing accountability, education, program tweaks, and encouragement. Each week I review your training and nutrition to troubleshoot barriers that stop you getting to the gym and make personalised nutrition tweaks to accelerate fat loss without restriction or burnout

Direct Messaging Support
Support between sessions when you need it. Questions, mindset wobbles, or course-corrections in real time

Fully Customised Training Plan
A personalised program built around your goals, schedule, and environment (home or gym), refreshed every 8 weeks to keep results coming

App Access & Resources
Workout tracking, nutrition guides, fat-loss education, high-protein recipes, and community support, everything in one place to support consistency beyond sessions

A personalised online program built around your goals, experience, and lifestyle. Every exercise includes clear video demos and coaching notes so you know exactly what to do and why, helping you train safely, confidently, and effectively

Weekly Workout Feedback
Each week I review your logged workouts and provide personalised comments refining technique, progressing reps or load, and adjusting your program so results don’t stall

8-Week Program Review & Video Check-In
At the end of your 8 weeks, we complete a full program review and video check-in to assess progress, make refinements, and map out your next phase with clarity and confidence

Education & Resources
Access in-app nutrition guidance, fat loss education, and habit-building tools designed to support sustainable results

Direct Message Support

Ongoing access to support between check-ins, so you’re never left stuck, confused, or second-guessing your plan
