Meet Libby

I’m Libby, a women’s strength coach in Christchurch, and I’ve been exactly where many of you are now: exhausted from dieting, intimidated in gyms, and stuck in cycles that never lasted.

A Different Way Forward

For years, I cycled between under-eating, over-training, binge eating, and starting over again, and again.

Living with ADHD and chronic health conditions made consistency even harder, and I genuinely thought something was wrong with me.

So I learned how the nervous system, behaviour, and training actually work together, and everything changed.

Now I help women use those same systems through The Reliberate Method to build strength, lose fat sustainably, and finally stay consistent.
