For complete gym beginners or women returning after 6+ months away from training. Ascend is a 3-month beginner strength program designed to build confidence and foundational strength, taking you from bodyweight movements to barbell lifts, step by step.

I have been signed up the Accelerate online programme for over 6 months and am finding it to be amazing and a great way to keep myself motivated and make progress in the gym.

The workouts are varied and don’t take too long and they change every month which keeps things fresh and interesting!
