Libby is a Christchurch Personal Trainer who helps women level up their strength, mindset and daily habits. I specialise in training beginners who want to learn how to become strong, toned and confident in their bodies. I meet you where your current fitness ability is so that we can build your strength from scratch, increase your confidence in the gym and have you excited about your gym sessions, instead of dreading them!
My approach to nutrition doesn’t include calorie counting, slashing food groups or fad diets! Instead, I will educate and empower you to nourish your body with smart nutrition choices that have you feeling satisfied and energised whilst still including foods that light up your soul regularly.
This approach to nutrition stops you from feeling deprived, reduces binge eating episodes and fast tracks fat loss – so you can say “see you later yo-yo dieting and hello sustainable life changes that actually get long term results!”

Pregnant or have recently given birth?
As a certified Pre and Post Natal trainer, I design safe and effective programs for each step of your pregnancy and post-natal journey. Weekly check ins will allow us to adapt to any new changes within your pregnancy or post-natal journey to keep you moving, energised and do something for you each week.
Once your baby has arrived and you are cleared to exercise, you can safely bring your children to exercise with you in the comfort of our home studio.
