Access to the Reliberate Fitness App to track your workouts and progress

Nutritional Guidelines written by a Nutritionist to fast track your results

Education from a Specialist Women’s Health Physio to learn how to fire up your core and pelvic floor

Body Positive Community Chat right within the app to support your journey

$40 per month

To get started, please read the below instructions

1.

Affinity programs are a subscription payment charged on a month-by-month basis

2.

Once you have completed your payment you will be directed to fill in a form with your contact details – you must fill in the form to get app access

3.

Once you have filled in this form you will be emailed your login details, please check your spam folder if you do not receive these within 30 minutes of payment. If there are any issues with the form or the email does not come through, please contact reliberatefitness@gmail.com

4.

You will be charged to your nominated debit/ credit card on the same day of the month that you signed up e.g., if you start on Dec 2nd, you will be charged on the 2nd of each month so please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account.

5.

If at any stage you would no longer like to continue with your program, you simply need to email reliberatefitness@gmail.com to cancel your subscription 7 days before your next billing cycle

FAQs

Do I need to be fit to join?

No! You do not need any gym experience or to be any fitness level to start with Reliberate. If you have less than 3-6 months' experience, we recommend that you start with the  Ascend program  which is designed for beginners or those who haven’t use a barbell before. If you have some gym experience, we recommend you dive straight into the Accelerate program

How often do we get a new program?

To see results, you need to repeat the same sessions week to week where you are encouraged to add progression each week to get those gains! Your base program remains the same over a 4-week period and at the beginning of each month, a new program is released

Do I get access straight away?

Yes! Once you sign up for your plan, you can access all of the resources and your program straight away!

Note if you are completing the Accelerate Plan, you can start your program any time, but you may start 2-3 weeks into an existing block if you join part way through the month. Use this week to get used to the format and join the rest of our community when the new month starts.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged on a monthly basis on the same day of the month that you signed up e.g. if you start on Dec 2nd, you will be charged on the 2nd of every month via the credit or debit card you nominated during your sign up

Am I locked into a contract?

Memberships are charged on a month-by-month basis $40/month, there is no set period or contract, you are free to cancel at any time by emailing reliberatefitness@gmail.com - we know you won't want too though!

Do I need a gym membership?

These programs are designed to be completed in the gym; the goal is to build your confidence in the gym by educating you on the correct techniques. You can complete these programs at home, but we recommend that you have a few sets of DB's, KB's, Bands and ideally a cable machine and barbell set **Do note – there are no at home substitutes for machine work in these programs

Can I make substitutions?

Please note substitutions are not offered for Affinity programs, if you would like to train at home, are currently pregnant/ early Post Natal or returning from and injury I would recommend Personalised Coaching so I can create a workout plan tailored to your specific needs; Get in touch here to have a workout plan specifically designed for you
