Minimum Commitment: 8 weeks
Reliberate:
Strength Plan + Fortnightly 1-1 Personal Training Sessions 🌶️🌶️
Add on Fortnightly 60 min PT Sessions to refine technique, progress lifts faster, and ensure you’re getting the most from your program
Investment: $70 per week (8-week program + Fortnightly PT)
