Can't recommend highly enough!
I first worked with Libby about 6-7yrs ago when she was doing Ladies Lifting classes in her home studio. I knew nothing about strength training and did not enjoy exercise at all but I knew I needed to do something for my health and was looking for something outside of the usual gym classes tailored to women at gyms.
I loved the classes and Libby gave me the knowledge and confidence to start training regularly and stop being afraid of the gym. With the knowledge and strength gained I eventually started working with a powerlifting coach and competing at a high level.
After a few years of competing I was pretty burnt out with powerlifting and perpetually injured. I took a break from powerlifting and was feeling pretty lost as to what I should do next and how to get back into training.
In perfect timing I saw Libby was launching Reliberate Fitness and jumped straight on board. Libby understood my goals and was able to help ease me back in to training in a sustainable way while managing my injuries. I am now at a point where I am enjoying training consistently again and with Libby's help I have finally been able to start squatting again without aggravating my hip injury which has been an issue for a long time.
I love the app, especially the demonstration videos for each exercise and the extra resources and information. I recommend anyone of any fitness level work with Libby, whether you have never exercised a day in your life, are getting back in to it after a break or injury, or you're an experienced athlete.
Libby has the knowledge and experience to make a difference no matter your goals, she understands that everyone has different goals and priorities and tailors things specifically for you.
