Where do I start with how amazing Libby is at what she does?
Or how much of an impact she has made on my training, sense of self and overall wellbeing?
I worked with Libby over the last year to reset some bad habits and make lifting part of a more sustainable and joyful life for myself. She is incredibly encouraging; no question is too stupid or too difficult to broach. She has an incredible wealth of knowledge about form, technique and nutrition and loves to generously share it. Lifting went from being a "chore" to be being a "privilege" with Libby.
I looked forward to our sessions and I looked forward to smashing the programs she built on my own in the gym. I built consistency and accountability alongside her. Libby has an incredibly realistic approach, she works with you and your physical and mental health. Somehow she also managed to really get some results - turns out not flogging yourself is actually a good thing! Would give her 6 stars if I could.
