Affinity Monthly Programs
Affinity programs are monthly group gym programs designed for busy women looking to get their confidence back and feel sexy with the lights on! With programs designed for complete beginners right through to those who want to step up their current training.
Affinity means “a close similarity between two things or sympathy for someone or something because of shared characteristics”. I have created the Affinity gym programs for our community of women who share similar goals of;
- Loosing fat/ Toning
- Gaining strength mentally and physically
- Building confidence in and out of the gym
- Creating sustainable exercise habits
I support all women who are on a journey to get strong, build confidence and increase their strength, no matter their size, fitness level, gym experience or budget. Affinity programs include 3 full body strength sessions each week all for only $10 per week!

Fit training into your lifestyle
3 x 45 min strength sessions each week, designed to get you more bang for your buck within the gym with a focus on building muscle and fat loss to get you strong and toned

Watch the educational videos while you train, track your workouts, progress shots, food diaries and access resources from our Nutritionist and Women’s Health Physio all in one space
